TWRP shaders and models

After seeing the band TWRP live in February I wanted to combine making fanart with learning more about 3D in Godot, and it turned into this. The custom shader has speckled cell shading on anisotropic lighting, which was very fun and educational to code, and also educational to model (though a little less fun on that side).
This was also a much smaller project than the previous, which was good.
